Scope

This policy covers eligible purchases of Fewly's digital subscription plans, including Pro and Team, and any other paid digital products sold directly by Fewly through this website.

When a purchase is processed through a payment provider acting as our online reseller, that provider may act as the Merchant of Record and may also handle transaction-related support. For sales made directly by Fewly or by our current provider, this section applies to the policy and procedure shown at checkout.

Refund eligibility and time limits

We offer a 30-day guarantee for the initial purchase of a Pro or Team subscription. This means we will consider a refund request for the first payment of a new paid subscription if it is submitted within 30 days of that payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout. A renewal payment may be eligible for review, but this guarantee is designed primarily for a first purchase of a plan, not for a renewal you simply no longer want. If you need to stop future renewals, cancel first and then use the normal refund request process.

Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, violations of our Terms of Service, or where mandatory consumer-protection laws require a different outcome.

How to request a refund

Use the payment provider shown on your receipt or invoice where possible, so that your request is reviewed in the same environment as the original transaction.

If a transaction was processed by Paddle, contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net and reference the Fewly transaction.

If your transaction was processed by our current checkout provider, email support@fewly.tech with enough detail to identify the transaction, such as the order receipt, transaction reference, subscription name or email address used at purchase.

Do not include passwords or full card numbers in your message. Payment credentials should only be entered into a secure payment form.

Review and processing

We review refund requests according to this policy. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider used for the original transaction. Actual timing can depend on the provider, the payment method, and applicable tax handling.

We aim to be clear and reasonable, but we cannot guarantee a specific processing time for every transaction.

Cancellation versus refund

These are different actions.

  • Cancel: Stop future renewals. Your paid plan generally remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.
  • Refund: Reverse a payment that has already been made. This requires a request, review, and approval.

Cancelling does not automatically refund a past payment. If you want both, first cancel from Dashboard > Billing and then request a refund.

Downgrades, unused time and duplicate charges

We understand that several situations can occur:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment.
  • Billing error or unexpected renewal.
  • Seat-count or plan changes that were not clearly shown.
  • Downgrade or unused subscription time after cancellation.

For these cases, contact support with your transaction reference and a brief description. We review refund requests case by case according to this policy, our terms, and applicable consumer-protection law. We do not promise prorated refunds for every unused period.

Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted. If a mandatory local law gives you a different right, that law governs.
