About fewly

fewly is a link platform for marketers, agencies and sales teams. A short link from fewly sends each visitor to the right page, tells your CRM who clicked, and shows your client what it earned.

Why it exists

Most link tools stop at counting clicks. The people we build for have to prove results: to a clinic that wants booked appointments, to a shop that wants sales, to a manager who wants to know which campaign worked. So fewly connects the click to what happened next, and puts it in a report you can send.

Where your data lives

fewly runs on its own servers in France (European Union), rented from Contabo GmbH. We don't sell data, and we don't use your links or your visitors' clicks for advertising. Visitor IP addresses are stored only as a keyed hash, CRM contact identifiers are encrypted and erased after 180 days, and the database is backed up every 15 days. The full list of companies that help us run the service is in our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Agreement covers the data you bring.

How we keep links safe

Every address a link can send people to is checked for malware and phishing, including routing and A/B test pages, and we refuse destinations that point at private networks. Accounts can use two-step verification, and a workspace can require it for everyone in it.

What we promise paying customers

Your data is yours to export at any time. If short links stop redirecting for more than an hour, we credit a month. If fewly ever closes, you get 90 days' notice, working redirects for that time, and help moving your domains so printed QR codes keep working. The details are in our Terms.
