Social media QR code generator
Grow your following offline with a social media QR code. Choose a platform, drop in your username, and the tool builds the full profile link automatically.
How to create a social media QR code
- Open the Social tab. Choose Social to see the platform list and the username field.
- Pick your platform. Select Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, GitHub, or Telegram.
- Enter your username. Type your handle without the @ symbol, or paste the full profile link if you prefer.
- Check the profile link. The tool builds the correct profile URL and validates that the handle is present before generating the code.
- Download and share. Save a PNG for screens or an SVG for print, then add it to packaging, posters, and cards.
One QR code per platform
Every platform has its own URL pattern. This tool converts your handle into the right link for Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, GitHub, or Telegram.
You can also paste a full profile link instead of a handle, which is handy for a company page, a playlist, or a shop that does not follow the usual username pattern.
Where social codes work best
Add a social QR code to packaging, menus, receipts, posters, and business cards so people can follow you in a single scan. Put the platform name nearby so the action is obvious.
At events, a code on a badge or a stand banner lets a new connection find you online while the conversation is still fresh.
Track follows and scans
Static social codes are great for print because they never expire. If you want to measure interest, shorten the profile link with fewly first and generate a dynamic QR code.
Dynamic codes record each scan as a click with country, device, and referrer data, so you can see which poster or flyer performed best.
Grow one account or many
Pick the account that matters most in the moment. A cafe might use Instagram for photos, while a consultant puts a LinkedIn code on a card.
If you manage several accounts, create a code for the one you want to grow, or point a link to a page that lists them all for a single scan to cover everything.
A reliable scan every time
Handles are validated before a code is generated, so typos are caught early. Use a clear margin and good contrast so the code scans quickly on busy packaging.
Test on your own phone once, then order your print run with confidence.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I make an Instagram QR code?
- Yes. Choose Instagram, enter your username, and the tool builds instagram.com/yourhandle for the code.
- Can I link to a LinkedIn profile instead of a company page?
- The LinkedIn option builds a personal profile link. To link a company page, paste the full company URL instead of a username.
- Is it free for all platforms?
- Yes. Every platform in the list is free, with no account and no watermark.
- Do I include the @ symbol in my handle?
- No. Enter the username without the @ symbol. If you paste a full link, the leading part is handled for you.
- Can one code open several social profiles?
- Not directly, since a code links to a single URL. Use a fewly short link to a page that lists all your profiles, then generate the code from that link.
- Does a social QR code expire?
- No. It is static and keeps working. It only stops if the linked account or profile no longer exists.
