Make your first short link

This takes about two minutes, and you won't need a card.

Create your account
Go to the sign-up page and type your email. We send you a code. Type the code in, then choose a name and password.
Paste your long link
You land on the Links page. Copy the address of the page you want to share and paste it in the box at the top, then press Shorten. That's it: you have a short link.
Choose a name for it (optional)
Random letters are fine, but go.fewly.tech/spring-sale gets more clicks because people can see what it is. Press More options and type a name under Short link.
Share it, then open it yourself
Press the copy icon and paste the link anywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, an email. Then open it once on your own phone to check it goes where you expect.
Watch the click arrive
Click Analytics in the left menu. Your click shows under Live within seconds. The other boxes catch up within about a minute.

You can change where a link goes at any time, even after it's printed on a poster. Open the link and press Edit.

If something isn't working

I didn't get the sign-up code

Check your spam folder. The code comes from fewly and can take a minute. If it still hasn't arrived, go back and check your email address for typing mistakes.

It says my link can't be shortened

We refuse pages flagged for malware or phishing, and addresses that only work inside a private network. Make sure the address starts with https:// and opens for you in a private browser window.

My click doesn't show

Your own click counts once it's processed, usually within seconds. Clicks from bots and link scanners are left out on purpose, so test in a normal browser.
