Teams & workspaces

A workspace owns links, domains, analytics, and billing. Everyone starts with a personal workspace; a team is simply a workspace with more than one member. Teams are available on the Team plan.

Invite teammates

On the Team screen, enter a teammate’s email and pick a role. They receive an email invitation; when they open the link and sign in (or create an account) with that same email, they join the workspace.

Roles

  • Owner — full control, including billing and deleting the workspace.
  • Admin — manage links, domains, members, and billing.
  • Member — create and manage links and use every paid feature of the team’s plan.

One subscription, shared by the team

The plan belongs to the workspace, so every member inherits it. When someone is operating inside your Team workspace, they get the team’s paid features — branded domains, password links, expiration, the API, and more — without their own subscription. Only owners and admins can change billing.

Switching workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, a switcher appears at the bottom of the sidebar. Pick a workspace to scope everything — links, analytics, domains, and billing — to it. New teammates land in the team they just joined automatically.

Seats

Team billing is per seat. Choose how many seats you need at checkout, and adjust later — invite more people as you grow, and your plan scales with the team.

Audit log

Sensitive actions — invites, role changes, removals — are recorded in an audit log so owners and admins always have a clear history of who did what.
