Surveys

Ask a question or two and see the answers in fewly. Good for feedback, polls and collecting leads.

1. Open Pages, then Surveys, and press New survey

   Pick a ready-made one (customer satisfaction, recommend score, event feedback, lead form, product feedback) or start from scratch.

2. Edit the questions

   Nine kinds: multiple choice, checkboxes, star rating, a 0 to 10 recommend score, yes or no, short and long answers, email and number. Mark a question required only if you truly need it. The phone on the right shows exactly what people will see.

3. Choose a look on the Design tab

   Six themes, a progress bar, a welcome screen with a Start button, and a thank-you screen that can send people on to your site.

4. Share the link

   The Share tab has the link, a QR code to print, and buttons for WhatsApp and email. People answer one question at a time, on any phone.

5. Read the results

   Charts for every question, your average star rating, your Net Promoter Score, and every written answer. Export everything to a spreadsheet with Export CSV.
